Do something about the way taxi drivers, in particular yellow cabs, driving recklessly and endangering many pedestrians and other cars & scooters. I have witnessed many times taxi's driving extremely recklessly. For example not yielding to an elderly woman with walker crossing witht he green light on Wash ave and a taxi turning into crosswalk and pulling up right on woman and honking as he was sticking out in Wash Ave lane. He could have waiterd to turn from opposite lane. Tail gating scooters. Running stop sign. Once had a taxi driver turn into lane wrong direction of roadway while looking and talking to passenger in back seat. I had to run quickly to avoid being hit. When I yelled at him he defended saying done nothing wrong.This is true! I have seen much more, too much to type. Taxi's in general do not yield to pedestrians in a crosswalk.
