Necessity to close off parking lot for JJK Hapkido new location from being a public thoroughfare.

As a smallbusiness owner in Wentzville, Missouri purchasing property on a main thoroughfare (Pearce Blvd), Grandmaster Rhoades is seeking a  permit from the City of Wentzville, Planning and Zoning Commission to enclose his parking area and limit it to one entry from Pearce Blvd.

We believe that the ability to access this parking lot from two separately entries, located virtually side-by-side will pose a danger to our clientele as we have many children who will be accessing this business via this parking lot. Our ability to provide a safe access to our business for the residents of this city which include a large population of small children will be severely inhibited by the demanded dual access entry.

Large vehicles, including delivery trucks and tractor trailers have frequently used this parking area as a turnaround as well as a parking area. There use of this parking lot will severely impact the cost of maintenance as well as the availability of parking for our clientele which will, in turn, deter our business from gaining new customers.
