It's time for a CHANGE! We the residents of the Lake Ridge Apartments are calling for a new resident manager. We feel as though Tina Wheler, does not provide competent or professional services. Tina takes it upon herself to make up new rules as she goes and on individual basis. Tina also displays no professionalism, courtesy, or manners towards the tenants. Tina has also neglected the grounds maintenance as well, the grass has not been cut, the garbage bins are constantly overflowing, and parking being another issue. If you feel as if we deserve a better resident manager that will properly take care of the building and our needs PLEASE SIGN THIS PETITION!
