Please add your name to this petition in order to encourage PPL and bring back their RTS rate for customers who use - or want to use - storage electric heat in their homes. New electric thermal storage heating systems are being made available that can save homeowners money on their bills, and also help balance demand on the grid. Let's tell PPL that these technologies deserve to be supported, just like they used to be before PPL removed the off-peak rates!
