We do not think she has the best interests of the Homeowners in mind. She makes decisions without consulting other members. Repeated attempts to call board meetings have been denied. She will not provide documentation of expenses when requiring another board member to sign a check for payment even though she has been repeatedly asked to do so. She has hired an attorney without board approval to "foreclose" on homes in the development, and has authorized payment to this attorney without board approval.
