12. In view of para 3, 8 and 11 above, proposed for appointment of a forensic accounting company to investigate MDMC accounts for all years i.e from beginning.
13. Last but not least, why was MDMC minutes not displayed at the notice board for sharing?
These are just a few questions that need to be answered by the current Council but till now they have not been resolved. We have sent the council 2 letters demanding a meeting with the residents, the council have not responded but as residents and owners of Menara Duta, we need to take action NOW!! We need to call for an EGM else our homes will be destroyed but more importantly our money squandered right before our very eyes. Sign this petition and let's get Menara Duta back into shape
