There are many people in Columbus Ohio who need to ride the COTA bus to get to & from jobs. Many of those people have to be at work much earlier than the earliest COTA bus runs. This only adds to unemployment problems in Central Ohio. Central Ohioans are suffering enough from the loss of employment as it is. People will continue losing opportunities for work due to a lack of transportation. If COTA would run their local & crosstown routes earlier it would open up many more oportunities for jobs. Many unemployed people here in the Columbus area would have jobs, or for some better jobs just by one or two hours of ealier bus service being made available.
