Stop serving stale, hard donuts. Make sure all donuts are glazed, that are suppose to be glazed, and

The Donuts we receive 95% of the time at the Keagy Road location in Roanoke, Virginia, are stale, dry, and not glazed.
75% of the time, this store does not have the usual variety of donuts and bagels that are listed on the Dunkin Donuts menu. 
This problem happens more than just, "time to time". Several days a week, we try to buy Donuts and Munchkins that are not available. As we said before, if they happen to be available, they are stale and unglazed.
There have been many times during the school year we have tried to take Donuts and Munchkins to a 20 person class at school, and we only had a choice of 2-3 donuts.  In our opinion, 
this is unacceptable.
Our neighborhood was very excited to see your store arrive. Unfortunately now, we tend to drive across town to Krispy Kreme Donuts, they are consistent.
