Cathedral Court Needs Attention!!

We as tenants pay about $80000 a month in rent but the building isn`t being maintained at all!

 For example the elevators are constantly broken - often both at the same time.  The Edmonton Fire Department has had to come and rescue tenants that were trapped (let's hope there wasn't any fires happening at the same time!).  These elevators are original to the building and they require modernization - an investment Mark doesn`t seem interested in making!  I bet if he actually lived in his penthouse and had to climb the 15 stories everyday those elevators would be brand new!!

Another example of neglect is the parking lots: this winter Edmonton received over 4 feet of snow but not once were the parking lots cleaned.  As of today’s date the packed down snow has turned to ice that is going to result in a lawsuit from someone slipping and breaking their back!!  And guess who will have their rent raised to cover the cost of the increased insurance?  Us!

No wonder the common areas of the building are filthy, if the owners don’t care about the cleanliness or maintenance of the building why should the people that live here!  We the tenants of the building need to let the owners know that we are tired of this lack of concern, they need to invest in this property!  Let's unite in signing this petition to let Centre 100 Holdings know that the tenants of Catherdal Court do not appreciate being ignored!  If there aren't any significant changes within the next 6 weeks the media will be contacted - just the kind of people's interest story the Edmonton news channels love!
