I fell straight back onto the hard tile floor of the Middleburg Hts Regal Cinema. Hurting my back. To this day I still suffer from back pain. I am uninsured. I told them not to take me to the ER. But they did. I incurred a bill of $12,500. I asked for them to pay these bills. Their insurance Company Liberity Mutual said they were not reponsable. I feel they should have paid those bill. I fell in their theather . I didn't want to. Unfair yes.
