Non-profit cooperative housing for medium to low income families has had funding for subsidies cut off by CMHC. This will affect over 60,000 families when the operating agreements come to closure. Housing charges will increase 100% to market value leaving seniors on fixed incomes out on the street and families not being able to feed themselves. Continued funding is absolutely mandatory for us to survive . Please support - this is a time sensitive issue affecting housing everywhere !
