Khalid Hanif (husband of Naureen Khalid) stop defrauding and cheating your clients!

Khalid Hanif, a property dealer, was apparently a very noble person known to me through his wife Naureen Khalid who is Vice Principal in Pakturk School, Lahore, Pakistan. I sold a 2 kanal plot of land through him. He drafted this agreement to sell and brought one Mr Inayatullah Virk of Valancia Society as buyer. In the agreement he left the name of buyer empty, explaining that Mr Inayatullah Virk is not yet sure whom he has to name in the buyer, may be his son or daughter, so we can fill it later.

A sum of Rs500,000 was paid as ernest money (Biana) through cheque on June 13, 2011 and remaining  amount of Rs17,00,000 was to be paid on or before August 12, 2011. During this period in all my correspondence to Khalid Hanif he always assured of the prompt payment according to agreement. When the deadline passed he just made one excuse or the other.

After discussing this issue with a lawyer I was constrained to send him a legal notice of forfeiture of his ernest money if he doesn't come up to his commitment. He instead of fulfilling his commitment went to court and said that I am willing to pay the amount but the other party is seeking to sell to someone else at a higher price. The court then put a stay order on my plot and issued a hearing date which was 45 days later! So I had to wait for 45 days just to be heard in court. Now I cannot sell the plot to anybody because of the court's stay order.

After 45 days the judge was absent on the hearing date and we were able to convince the judge's secretary to give another hearing date after one week. On this hearing date the judge asked the petitioner to appear in court along with the lawyer and gave yet another hearing date 3 weeks later!

What do I want:
My only concern now is that Mr Khalid Hanif should fulfill his commitment and make the payment according to agreed amount, at least, although he should be asked to pay for damages as well.
I have suffered a lot of financial losses as well as lost a lot of peace of mind pursuing this fraudsters deceptive techniques. Please ask him to stop frustrating me and end up this issue.
