They use brutal tactics to intimidate consumers who file such suits and entangle them in endless legal battles until the consumers run out of money and they lose.
Judges are increasingly siding with major corporations and the lemon law in California and elsewhere is not being enforced as it was meant to be. This is what happened to the Goodes. The law must be strenghthened.
The Goodes put all of their savings and retirement into the boat from Hunter Marine Corporation, and have lost it all because Hunter/Hunter Marlow unethically refuse to honor their warranty.
Demand that the lemon law by enforced fairly for the Goodes and for all people!
