Sunoco is trying to build a 24-hour STORE on a C-3 ZONE
Bridgewater Zoning rules prohibit this type of store. Zoning requires 5 acres and the corner lot is 1.2 acres. Sunoco is looking for waivers to go ahead with a store that is too big for such a small lot.

The gas station is already violating zoning ordinances by storing cars, a large black limo and a boat on the property.
