Highway/ Street Filler Tar that is called Black Snake by those that ride Motorcycles

If you have been driving or riding down a street or highway that has the black tar filler in the cracks and patches and felt your vehicle shift or slide on this Black Tar then you can understand why it is very dangerous to two and three wheeled vehicles.  In short it can put the rider or riders down in a heart beat, as it is very slick.  It doesn't matter if it is hot, wet, dry or cold it is slick and the material that your tires are made out of will not cling or grip it.

Now you ask why well there is nothing in it for the Butal, Yes the stuff your tires are made with, to grip as it has no Sand or Gravel like the road surface has.

This is the parrt that I am requesting that you sign and support, and that is for a Law to be put into affect to have 1/3  of the Black Tar to be Coarse Sand so there is the Safty Factor of the grip and Cling for tires on this surface, and it be a Nation Wide Law..
