For the last few years the residents of the City of Maricopa have been plagued by extremely high utility bills this is especially true of Electrical District #3's billing practices. Please sign this petition if you would like to be apart of the Class Action Suit against ED3 to ensure that these practices end sonner rather than later. Let's hold ED3 Accountable for their actions!
