In 2012 Property Owners were asked to help subsidize the Resturant and Lounge, by requiring a $75.00 debit card to be added to our POA Membership Dues. In 2013 this same fee was assessed. Many property owners were unaware until they received their 2013 dues, that they would be again "required to pay the fee."
Property owners are also in fear of the Board increasing our POA dues inorder to achieve the same goal to subsidize the Resturant and Lounge.
