Web5design's owners have been illegally witholding former employee Michael O'Donnell's wages for the month of May since May 31st, when without warning his paycheck was not deposited. This breaks multiple state and federal labor laws and has placed him into a very dire and grave situation and threatened him at an existential level.
Since then despite his and the New York State Department of Labor's attempts to collect the month's salary they have failed to pay him. They have written two bad checks to the department of labor and attempted to intimidate him into silence about their actions. This is an egregious violation of basic labor standards and shows a lack of a sense of right and wrong at a very fundamental level on the part of the company's owners.
We demand that Web5design LLC immediately pay Michael O'Donnell his salary and call on everyone to boycott them and their affiliated companies until they pay him his salary owed under the law. They need to immediately rectify their outrageous and unethical behavior especially since they claim to be an organization for "social good." Considering their actions this is a bad joke.
