We the property owners of homes within the town of Paonia's city limits do NOT believe that we should be responsible to repair property that we do NOT own.  The sidewalks are the property of the town and therefore should be the responsibility of the town to maintain and repair.  We pay taxes every year for these repairs and expect that these dollars hould be allotted to do so.
