If you are in the same boat as me and have had a package or several packages showing "Out For Delivery" should be delivered by the end of the day or it shows some other status message like left at facility will be delivered next business day. And it shows this status day after day and your wondering what's going on. So you call UPS Customer Service and your left with no answer but with them saying, "It's the holiday season what do you expect." Also if your shipment was delivered late or is lost and you chose 2 day or overnight shipping that's another issue we need to escalate.
The holiday season is about giving and if our shipments get delayed and don't make it here on time then what are we suppose to tell the people and most important our children we're giving to. "I'm sorry Santa Clause is late this year." I thought the whole point of having 2 day shipping and Overnight shipping was to get it to us on time and also the guranteed delivery date that's set for the shippment. We need to get UPS to open their eyes and get their business back in order. The corporate office really needs to make some changes especially during the holdiday season: Mandatory Overtime, Saturday and Sunday Deliveries.
