All people who live in NYC and believe that public park space should not be used by corporate america to selectively decide who can use the facility, and under what rules. Bank of America is operating the Bryant Park ice rink, and has banned over 100 local skaters from using the ice rink. It would appear that they prefer tourists who will spend more money at the rink, and follow their overly restrictive rules about skating on the rink (no stopping, no pausing along the boards, etc.) As a tax-paying New Yorker, I will not endure another Dinkins-style theft of my public park space for the benefit of a wealthy corporation and out-of-town tourists.
