Anyone applying for a job is now forced to take a so-called " psych test" as part of the hiring process. These tests are illegal as they ask for info that is not permitted to be asked for on the actual job application. such as Social security #, birthdate, e-mail address etc. These tests in no way reflect on your ability to do a job , and the questions, to which you answer "agree, disagree,"etc. are assinine at best and illegal at worst. And , if you are notified that you have failed the test they will not provide a reason why. AND you are possibly"blacklisted" from any other jobs you may apply for.
There is enough information from past employers and managers to see if you are a good employee and qualified for any job. There are many people who want to work and who fail these tests , prohibiting them from becoming employed.
