It is amazing that Western Union 45000 agents [ like Safeway ] can transmit our deposit in matter of second [as they claim] . Why can't Western Union send a professional identification survey of the recipient [passport, address, age, marital status] in minutes to us [ the senders ] and only than,after our approval,we would release the confirmation number to the recipient.This could be done by e-mail or Fax,only than the money would be paid out .The funds could be transferred safely and a scam would be avoided. This action would improve Safeway and Western Union reputation.
