Reinstate Rafa Benitez as manager of Liverpool

Liverpool F.C. needs a manager who has a track record.
Achieved points totals of 82 and 86 respectively; enough to win the league in most seasons.
Hindered only by decreasing amount of funds over the years that he was in charge, not to mention the suffocating influence of Hicks and Gillette.
Rafa is a genuine Liverpool fan who understands the club; just ask the organisers of the Hillsborough Fund.
Or just look at how Rafa planned for the long-term success of the club.  Give him 4 or 5 years in charge, with the support of the new owners and he will have success for years to come.
