Stop foreclosures with modifications now.

This petition is for millions of Americans like myself who want to pay their mortgages and would be able to if banks would just modify loans; with lower intrest rates. Lets stop the banks from taking dreams. By demanding that banks modify loans for individuals.
Please help me Marlet C. Jones to get Chase National Bank to modify mortgages like mine, that are upside down and deliquent.
