- Review any Bylaws changes proposed by other individuals
- The Committee shall make recommendations on the appropriate form of all by-laws.
- The Committee shall make recommendations on any alteration or other matter pertaining to such by-laws.
- Forward recommendations regarding any proposed changes
- Review new Bylaws to address any potential oversights or omissions that may have occurred in the original draft.
- Continue to regularly review Bylaws and other governance documents to ensure that they remain current and appropriate as the Strategic Plan of the Union evolves.
- Report on progress of the committee to the Board of Directors and Council twice per year, or more frequently as required.
