Hardship Letter Asking For Debt Forgiveness

This is a letter to explain the change in our business.  When the market crashed in 2008 our business went along with it.  Our cash flow decreased by over 50% and as a result of that we lost services that our company us to provide.  Since we are connected to the Postal Industry you can see how like the Post Office we are in new terriority.

I appreciate you being willing to wait on this bill but it would be a great benfit if it could be written off.  I've been able to maintain my other credit cards with Capital One in good standing  and would like to keep a good working relationship with Capital One.
