Electronic Arts and Maxis allow offline play for those that purchased SimCity 2013

Electronic Arts published and Maxis developed a video game titled SimCity. The issue with this game is the servers have been unreliable making playing the game many people paid for not possible.

This petition is to let Electronic Arts and Maxis know how many of its users that already purchased the game would like to play the game they purchased and was released March 5th, 2013 in the United States.
