Behind Dr. Christian Sandor's tokenistic support of TEDx is a SOCIOPATH. FOI applications from UniSA reveal continued cyber bullying of Jeremy Shum (his victim):

- On February 10 and 11, using his UniSA account, Christian Sandor refreshed his victim's web site more than 23.8k times on Thursday February 10, clicking the advertisements more than 440 times; and then again on Friday February 11, where he refreshed the ads more than 70.7k times, clicking the advertisements more than 2,400 times.

- In March, Christian Sandor also submitted frivolous complaints to the domain authority, attempting to intentionally cause pain for his victim. In April, he launched a DoS attack on his victim's web site where he utilised more than 20gb of bandwidth in a single day

- In June and leading up until mid August, Chris Sandor created a fake e-mail entitled "agents...@gmail.com" where he e-mailed several national councils (including law councils) in an intentional attempt to embarrass his victim

- In July, Chris Sandor developed a web page on a gay site targeting his victim (http://gaydar.com.au/ProfileView.asp?userid=agentshum) where he somewhat attempts to accurately describe his victim, but makes notable discrepencies, saying the victim is "gay" but not "out" and looking for "slim cock and a cute face", does drugs "socially", and has fetishes, inter alia, in "Body Hair, Diapers, Foreskin, Hands, Jocks, Lycra, Nipples".

- On July 2, Chris Sandor also created a Twitter account (https://twitter.com/#!/agentshum), where he makes statements such as "im untouchable... unless you touch me hehehhee", attempts to anger 4chat by calling them "lame ducks", tries to trend "blows[jobs]" and "bro-love", says his victim "made a sex tape", calls him a "professor", retweets the gaydar website with "gayday", and promotes a Pulteney 431 Sauna "premier gay and bi male bathhouse" which he says his victim "loves it". Interesting also, is how he retweets, Hillsong, as well as a list of pro-homosexual organizations quoting religious folk - as well as a requisite Miley Cyrus quote.

Christian Sandor is evidentally a person who tries to put his victims in as much psychosocial pain as possible, and does it with his twisted I.T. knowledge to avoid Police prosecution. This person belongs in jail, and will be caught eventually.

Another page states there may be criminal repercussions:

- In time, Sandor will be caught and charged with-- dishonestly dealing in documents, improper use of another identity, criminal defamation and publication of misleading material

Though this may seem like a bit farfetched at first, but a Google forum web page (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!search/%22christian$20sandor%22/fre...) says that Christian Sandor (and a friend of his who is accused of working with him to bully the kid, Stewart von Itzstein) was forced to take a half year "leave". Described as a "nazi homophobic dick", evidence was provided against Chris Sandor, as below:

- On the IP address 130.220.71.21 (which belongs to the UniSA IP subnet mask 130.220.71.*), on 16 July 2010 at 02:24, this individual defaced Jeremy Shum's wikipedia page, stating he was a "suspected paedophile!!!" (http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Shum&diff=436559749&oldid=3..., on the same IP address 130.220.71.21 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:130.220.71.21) on 16 July 2010 at 02:26, this individual defaced Jeremy Shum's wikipedia page, stating he was a "convicted paedophile" (http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Shum&diff=436559749&oldid=3...). The first edit that he was "suspected" means the individual knew that Jeremy Shum is not a convicted paedophile. Therefore, the addition that he was "convicted" should constitute criminal defamation (making a statement knowing it is false).

- Similarly, on the IP address 130.220.71.20 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:130.220.71.20) on 10 January 2011 at 01:29, this individual defaced Jeremy Shum's wiki page, blanked it, stating "you are a retard" (http://www.wikihow.com/index.php?title=Be-Inspired-by-Jeremy-Shum&dif...)

- Then again, on the IP address 130.220.71.19 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:130.220.71.19) on 16 February 2011 at 01:00, this individual defaced Jeremy Shum's wiki page, adding to be like him, you must have a 10" Black Rubber Dong. (http://www.wikihow.com/index.php?title=Be-Inspired-by-Jeremy-Shum&dif...) Although it is unclear what this reference is to, Amazon describes it as equivalent to a "police baton". Assumingly, this person is describing that Jeremy inserts this huge instrument up his anus for sexual pleasure, as he enjoys "gay sex". They even make the effort to duplicate Jeremy Shum's trademark "It's a magical day!" signature, which is clear evidence they have viewed Jeremy's email, and thus signature.

- Christian Sandor and Stewart von Itzstein have clearly done it in a manner to avoid traceability, taking advantage of their specialist I.T. knowledge. What I find interesting however, is that Chris Sandor and/or Stewart von Itzstein weren't charged by the Police, for stating Jeremy Shum was a "convicted paedophile".

Clearly, these allegations on the TedX YouTube aren't vexatious then.

Chris Sandor's accomplice, Stewart von Itzstein, runs his own business on top of his work at University (http://abr.business.gov.au/SearchByAbn.aspx?abn=33557023501), and doesn't pay GST tax. His full name is described as "Garry Stewart Anthony von Itzstein". He shut his business down in February 26, 2008 to pursue University work; before being (forced by the University?) to restart his business on July 30 2010. He enlists a "5127 SA" address as his business location, but moved addresses on August 6 2010.

It seems Sandor and von Itzstein's tactics are taken right out of the textbook from the National Crime Prevention Council (https://www.google.com/support/youtube/bin/answer.py?answer=126266), involving "pretend they are other people online to trick others", "spread lies and rumors about victims", "post mean comments".

On a related story, the "UniSA spokeswoman" who was identified in an article by Heather Kennett has also been exposed as Michele Nardelli, the Manager of News and Media at the University of South Australia. In her university profile, it says she helps train staff in the media, holds a degree in psychology (though just arts), and was apart of "Circle of Friends" as a member from 2002-2004, a group helping refugees (in obvious attempt to manipulate public opinion about her). This woman is attributed as the "smear lady", with an inner circle of Peter Hoj saying - it was all Michele Nardelli's doing in smearing Jeremy Shum - not Hoj's.

One wonders what the Police's action are next? There are also interesting accusations against a SAPOL officer, Jim Jeffery (who apparently was behind an "Agape pastor smear") for failing to prosecute Christian Sandor, and that there may possibly (allegedly) be corruption occurring there!

On Sunday January 29, 2012, I (Geoffrey Lin) has tried to drag out the big guns in the South Australian Police force, to for a second time, accuse Jeremy Shum (who was involved with the Burnside Council elections 2010) for ousting him to the Anglican Diocese for engagement in child pornography and child sex abuse, according to iPetitions.com. However, the team at Shum's say there is no evidence to show Shum made these claims - but that "one does wonder why the investigation occurred if it [Geoff Lin views child pornography and engages in child sex abuse] is untrue". It then goes on to say the process was rescinded because of "lack of available evidence", noting that Mr. Lin has a law degree to defend himself with.

- Geoff Lin is described psychoanalytically as “arrogant”, “rude” and “close-minded”

- Instead of using his law degree (from the University of Sydney) to find a “proper job”, Geoffrey Lin tries to solicit money from “university students” by cocky-ing out his law degree

- Geoffrey Lin was also described as having the “s*** beaten out of him” by the Atheists club at UofA. In it, he “smirks” despite losing the God argument

- Geoff Lin is also most famous for making the joke that he wanted to be an Anglican priest so he could send his kids to St Peters (a private Anglican school) for 50% of the cost – and though it was a joe, was completely and utterly inappropriate

Information also enlisted includes:

- Holy Trinity Adelaide has 3 campuses and employes 44 people, with $2.2m on just the payroll (assuming each person earns $50k ONLY). Now you know what your offering is going towards. At the church, I once heard a pastor brag about getting free fringe benefits, and being able to send his kids to their prestigious Anglican private schools at 50% of the cost. So this is not to remember the millions of tax-free dollars Holy Trinity earns via its private schools, and capital gains on property given to it by the government for free 50 odd years ago.

- Miriam Telfer (Nurse from St. Kensington’s Anglican Church) in a cat fight online! She was described by a colleague as a leader of a small group at Adelaide University, whilst studying nursing there. She also attended St. Matthew’s Church in Kensington. Apparently, she shared to the third party about some sexually deviant practices, which accordingly showed she was not “clean”, that she was “hypocritical” and “faking”. She said Miriam Telfer “can’t” lead a small group, and likely suffers from paranoid schizophrenia, saying a ghost was out to get her. Miriam Telfer was described as a “sociopath”.

- Ps Reuben Salagaras, originally from St Matthew’s Kensington Anglican Church, was the president of the Evangelical Union (EU) AFES Evangelical Students. He studied law/engineering, but falling to get a job, went to study ministry. He has been referred to as “arrogant” and “proud”. He was told to be “controlling” and “dominating”. He has been accused of spending $70k in taxpayer dollars, then going to religious studies.

- Ps Mark Peterson (also Holy Trinity Adelaide) was accused of being there just to sell his private CD’s and website merchandise. He is accused of being an “annoyance” and was “threatening”, that he was “irrelevant”, “arrogant”, “cocking” with “strong opinions” but little “empirical evidence”. His theology was also described as “heretical”. He was described as a “dog” out to get your money (via donations), preying on the weak, and profiting from religion. He was also desired as “cocky”, “arrogant”, and that he shouldn’t be a pastor. Mark Petrson is said to be the person in charge of music, using pop song-sounding jingles to attract people, using things like “musical atmosphere” (like a U2 concert). Similarly, Mark Peterson would try to convince everybody secular music was “evil”, and that they should listen to HIS “Christian” music. Also interesting is this early church heresy of the false dichotomy between flesh and spirit (i.e. the more spiritual you want to be, the less “flesh” you have to be). These people thus believed Jesus was not human because if he was human he cannot be godly. Therefore, to be more “godlier”, they need to be less into “worldy” music. This is the false theology that Mark Peterson is promulgating! Mark Peterson was also described as “looking like he’s got psychological issues”, most likely schizophrenia.

Anyway, one just wonders why the folks at the Shum Camp haven't yet lodged a complaint with the Police Complaints Authority, which among other things, should claim:

- Of his responses to a questioning police officer, Jeremy stated "I am not going to write something in the newspaper if that's what you want me to do" on one occasion, and was also asked about who his supporters were (which is politically sensitive information).

- That since 2006, Jeremy has been subjected to online bullying, and there is publicly available evidence that this originated from UniSA. However, no computers have been seized apart from the Shum's - notably, that of Geoffrey Lin, Heather Kennett and Christian Sandor, who continue to target Jeremy online with defamatory statements - such as that he is gay, stealing his identity to perpetrate this harassment and bullying.

- That the police have for the past three occasions shown up on a Sunday (the Holy day of rest), with clear knowledge that Jeremy is Christian.

- In what is a clear fishing expedition, the police have over the past seven years, seized the Shum camp's computers three times, spoken to Jeremy perhaps seven times, and despite not finding a shred of evidence each time, continue to seize their computers whensoever they feel right to. Talk about a bully tactic, Mr. Jim Jeffery!

- Given that this is already the 3rd strike, if there is again no evidence this time round, this bullying behavior must cease and desist - and a court order should be sought next time to search (cf. the whim of a senior police officer).

BP has agreed to pay nearly £5bn ($7.8bn) in compensation to the largest group of plaintiffs to settle the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill of 2010. This is not enough. BP is enormously rich and they should be paying compensation in proportion to their enormous wealth. 

Walmart states that people can bring any animal into Walmart if they claim it is a service animal. Walmart claims if the person says it is a service animal, there is nothing they can do about it. No proof is required. I understand the need for service animals, but clearly in the picture this dog is no service animal. I watched this lady feed the dog inside McDonalds in Walmart. Throwing food on the floor for the dog to eat and then shopping in the store, never washing her hands either. Clearly, this is unsanitary and filthy.

Please sign this petition to get changes made to make people claiming their animal is a service animal to carry some kind of proof with them to show a retailer if they are asked. This is no violation of privacy. To show proof that an animal is a service animal DOES NOT give the persons medical condition as to why. I want to show Walmart we do not need this in the stores and I want to show the state and Federal government we need to make changes on this.

I've been a customer of AT&T for about three years and the package that I did purchase the 6mb but they only give you three 3mb! AT&T is a very unfair by the way they've cheated and treated other's when you call in with a problem they will usually tell you it's your computer but the truth is that they are defrauding everyone by the way that do business. Also their wireless phone service is the same I had wireless service with them for two years and one day I just went to check my account and realized that they extended it for three more years without my knowledge or consent. and when I called in to resolve the problem they lied and told me that I had called them and asked them to extend it well that's not true. The number motto of At&t is to lie to get the patron off of the money so that they can sit back and cheat other people. Some people have had the iphone with AT&T was having trouble with it and AT&T blamed the issue on Apple . but the truth is that it was AT&T's service that was causing the problem. I have also noticed here recently there have been alot of outages with the service well the truth of the matter is that they turn off your service with the full plan that you are paying for  to use it for themselves and later turn it back on to give you less than what you are paying for. Ladies and Gentelmen I  think it's time for real justice to be served on this company. I think they need to either offer better service to all of us and stop their lieing and deceit and give us all a refund. "Free" car buying services aren't really free. These services, which you may see at your workplace, bank, or online, say they will save you money and cost nothing. 

The truth is that they charge auto dealers $300 or $400 for each sale.  What pays for that?  You the consumer.

there is way too much speeding in base housing. we cant rely on the cops to stop it because they already have their hands full so we need united communities to install speed humps throughout housing including fcn. the weather is getting nicer and our kids will be outside more so we need to keep them safe. 

South-West Water Authority have not yet been criminally prosecuted for this disaster which has resulted in the deaths of several people over the years including Carole Cross, of dementia, in 2004 at the age of 59 with aluminium levels that were "beyond belief". This Petition is for the CEO of Valve, Gabe Newell, to consider naming his console after himself, due to high demand from fans across the globe. We want this name due to Newell's legacy, it is an appropriate title and relevant to other gaming consoles, a long with an obvious nod to Newell's name.

I think it is terrible that Comcast, one of the nation's biggest cable/phone/internet providers, has all of a sudden started charging a $9.95 per month "HD Technology Fee". What is this fee you may ask, it is a fee in order to be able to use your HD Box... First, Comcast decided to charge it's customers a $9.25 per month/per HD box to watch your HD TV, and I have 3 boxes! NOW that they got you, since Verizon is not in every neighborhood, tied up in what they are trying to create... a "Monopoly"--- The verb "monopolize" refers to the process by which a company gains the ability to raise prices or exclude competitors . . .
This HD Technology Fee is so that you can actually use the box. Last month 2/12 Comcast raised all of their prices across the board  "due to economic issues". Apparently a letter was sent, I received no letter. I was told today 3/6/12 this fee again is due to "economic hardship issues" on the company....Again "Ma’am a letter was sent", not sure where these letters are being sent but it wasn't sent to me, nor was it included on the side of my bill (last month nor this month).  I firmly believe $9.95 per month, 12 months, thousands of households is outrageous. You tell me who is feeling the economic hardship with this one? People do the math. The box you have to watch HD already works why would you need this fee to work the box. I tried to get my answer AND I hope the conversation was taped because I wasn't so nice (which in hindsight didn't matter anyway "its a fee and there is no way to credit it")  nor was the Supervisor on the other line who was implying that in looking at my bill and what I have, I can afford it. However, if I would have threatened to cancel my sevices, maybe I would have gotton a credit, Really should that be necessary? I don't know where this petition will take me, but I hope somewhere to show  that this type of Monopolizing needs to stop-- that there are people out there who will try and make a difference for the sake of others. Did you remember the natural gas pipeline explosion in 2010 in San Bruno, California?  Thanks to lax safety and maintenance standards on the part of Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E), an entire neighborhood of 38 homes went up in flames and 8 residents perished.

Now, in response to new heavy safety regulations by the California Public Utilities Commission, PG&E is arguing that customers should pay for most of its new $2.2 billion safety improvement project.

PG&E argues that customers should bear this financial burden because state regulations are new, and the company has already put in $1 billion into San Bruno pipeline updates since the disaster.  CEO Anthony Earley also said last week that the hefty fine imposed by the state threatens the company's financial viability.

However, this is absurd.  Even if each consumer is only charged an addition $1.85 per month through 2014, the blame for this disaster rests squarely upon the shoulders of PG&E.  Customers should not suffer rate hikes as a result of the company's negligence.

Tell the California Public Utilities Commission to reject PG&E's request.  PG&E should shoulder the full cost of the San Bruno tragedy.

Grocery shopping is something you have to do for yourself and your family.Many of us have full time jobs and activities and errands to do.  Stores just make is so hard to get an item on sale.  They may require to have the store car4, not all the flavors are on sale and you then you land up paying  full price,unknowlingly.Then there is the cut out coupons in the weekly sale paper.  So, you spend time cutting.  And if you forget to cut out one of the things you are purchasing there is no "bing" or "ding" from the register to let you know it need a coupon.

Then Domanicks has you go to your compter., put a password in, and then print out their special coupons JUST FOR YOU.  The whole plot of this is to make you jump through so many hoops that you just give up and pay full price

They are also subjected to higher interest rates and goods and services costs than people with higher incomes. It is time for the oppression of the poor and vulnerable to stop. Outlaw excessive penalties and charges and interest rates. Give the poor a chance to climb out of poverty and to live without oppression.  Charges and penalties should be linked to the actual cost incurred in providing the goods or services to the poor and should be reasonable and limited to provide a cap to the poverty penalty.
Stop keeping poor people poor by allowing the leveraging of poverty penalties such as excessive late charges, fees, penalties, heavy interest rates and usury. The rich and middle class are not quite as subject to these charges, as they usually have enough money to pay bills when they come due, meaning that their debt burden is consistently lower than those with less means. Give the poor a chance to breathe.

Delta's 6-hour evening flight (DL1840) was grounded en route on 2/14/2012. Shortly after getting airborne, the pilot said we would be landing in 20 minutes because the cabin pressurizer was out. I wondered if the plane would explode or implode.

The staff at the airport were unpleasant in demeanor and told me that there were no rooms available, though we had landed in a large metropolitan city.  In addition, I was told I'd  have to wait until tomorrow evening for the next flight to my destination.

I did not have that kind of time to wait for the next flight, as I had to get back to work. I booked my own flight on American Flight 270, which left at 0820 in the morning for my destination.

I sat in an airport chair all night long, except for the time that
I spent retrieving my luggage from Delta's baggage area and resending it through American baggage checks. 

The expense my account has been charged for the American flights=$1,331.89.  Delta has agreed to reimburse me $120.00. It is hard to believe that after such treatment, I can not even get a customer service representative on the phone. I wish to be fairly compensated for my expenses on American Airlines which occurred as a direct result of Delta failing to provide the air service I also paid for.

Many if not most users of Facebook hate the timeline profile and do not want to be forced into using it on Mar 30, 2012 its complicated  finding info from groups you belong to sites you like and bring business to is damn near impossible. The glitches and inability to find posts from your social network friends or games is killing what we use Facebook for and we don't like or want your timeline profile Facebook. We are the reason  you have revenue without us their would be no one to buy the products the companies who pay to place ads with you no ads no revenue for Facebook. Whereas American corporations often move their businesses to foreign countries and buy busiensses there in order to reduces expenses to own and manage domestic businesses, thus closing down those businesses and putting its employees out of work,

And whereas the American corporations often operate the foreign companies by having the employees there work little or no pay under unsanitary, dangerous, and inhumane conditions,

We the undersigned therefore request that a law be passed that all American owners of foreign businesses be required to operate said businesses and treat the employees who work in them according to American federal labor laws, and that they be held crinimally and civilly accounable if they fail to do so.
