Bangladeshi clothing factories are extremely unsafe. 500 workers have died in fires, which have been attributed to basic fire safety items such as fire escapes and sprinklers being absent from the buildings, and companies padlocking the exists to stop theft. Workers are paid very little and have no rights.
Kalpona Akter, a Bangladeshi labor activist, has courageously dedicated her life to fight for workers' rights. She has experience in the factories, sewing clothes for American brands from the time she was twelve-years-old.
Unfortunately, garment company owners have a lot of power in the government.
In 2010, Akter was put in jail and severely beaten after she led a campaign to get more protection from the fires. Although she was released, she now has seven remaining criminal charges, which can lead to strict punishment and long jail time.
Please tell the Bangladesh government to drop the charges against Kalpona Akter. No one should be punished for fighting for human rights.

Itissalat Almaghreb s'est contenté à ce jour à cette seule explication avancée sans prendre des mesures sérieuses pour rassurer et dédommager les abonnés.
L'agence de régulation (ANRT) comme la presse nationale ne se sentent pas concernées par ce problème qui concerne plus de 500 milles clients. Aucune communication niarticle ne s'est intéressé à ce problème.
Cette pétition est destinée à l'ANRT afin qu'elle prenne les mesures nécessaires poue obliger Itissalat Almaghreb à dédommager ses abonnées.
Stop the banks from taking a car, telling you they would sell it for the blue book value, and then selling it for an extremely low price, and making you pay off the remaining amount!!! I don’t think it is right when your car gets repossessed ( I gave mine back voluntarily) and the bank sells it for less than it was worth just because they have your signature on a piece of paper that says you will pay the remaining amount of the loan. They auction off the car for any amount of money and make you pay the remaining amount. They don’t care that you would have paid it if you could, that you gave them back the property and it is worth a blue book amount but they know you will pay, so they just give the car away. If your house gets repossessed they don’t make you pay the remaining amount of the loan. Why do car loans get to do this? That is what I’m going to court to try to put a stop to. How many of you out there have had this sort of thing happen to you? Please help me put a stop to this by signing my petition! Thank you!!!
